  • CA Sales Tax and Local Occupancy Tax will be included on final invoice.
  • Arrival: 4:00 P.M. Departure: 3:00 P.M. Lodging Check Out: 10:00 A.M.
  • There is a two night minimum for weekend reservations.
  • No outside food or beverages allowed without prior approval. Corkage fees will be charged if you bring your own beverages.
  • Overnight Rates are per person per day and include shared accommodation lodging, use of arranged meeting space, three meals, coffee and tea, use of grounds, hot tub, pool & volleyball court.
  • Day Conference Rates are per person per day. Rates include use of arranged meeting space, lunch, coffee & tea and conference center amenities. Additional charges for continental breakfasts, snacks or appetizer reception – ask office for details.
  • Day Use Arrival: 9:00 A.M. Departure: 3:00 P.M.
  • IMPORTANT: Overnight rates are based on arrival of 4:00 P.M. and departure of 3:00 P.M. Please do not arrive earlier unless approved by the office. Some groups will add an early arrival in the form of Day Use. Day Use rates are based on availability and are listed above. On your last day, cabin check out is at 10:00 A.M. and meeting room departure is no later than 3:00 P.M. unless prior arrangements are made. Following this protocol enables groups’ access to their entire contracted time without interruption from early arrivals.

  • To secure exclusive use of all overnight accommodations, client agrees to pay total room and board for forty guests. If a client’s reservation is for fewer than forty people, the remaining overnight accommodations may be occupied by other guests.
  • If your reservation is not for exclusive use, but you happen to find your group being the only one booked during your stay, it is not our policy to make the remaining unused beds available to you.
  • Massage— relaxing therapeutic massage can be arranged directly at massage@westranch.com
  • Swimming Pool & Hot Tub— available to guests for no additional charge (*pending—salt water pool)
  • Store— a small store near the office sells sundries and gifts
  • We require an estimated number of participants at the time your contract is prepared. Your rates & contract will be based on this number. If your numbers increase, call the office to see if we have the additional space available and we will revise your contract. Please call us if your numbers decrease so that we may review your options.
  • A 50% booking deposit is required to hold space. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed contract. We are not obligated to hold space without a signed agreement and deposit. The remaining balance is due and payable upon departure and can be paid by one check or credit card in the office.
  • We guarantee space only, not specific rooms.
  • All rates and requirements are subject to change without notice.

  • If you cancel more than sixty days prior to the start date of your reservations, your deposit will be refunded, less a 50% service charge.
  • There will be no refund if you cancel less than sixty days prior to the start date of your reservations.
